Enrolling Your Student

Step 1:   Fill out Enrollment Agreement.

Step 2:  Have student complete the Pre-Assessment unless auditing.

Step 3:  Email Enrollment Agreement and Pre-Assessment (HERE). 

Step 4:  Once approved, pay Registration Fee(s) within 7 days. 

Step 5:  Balance of TUITION is due before July 1st for full year discount.

Parents must complete the Enrollment Agreement as part of the registration process. This is to insure that learning CTR is a good fit for your child.

Email the completed and signed agreement along with your student's Pre-Assessment to learningctronline@gmail.com with the "subject" line:  [Course] Student name, Enrollment Agreement & Pre-Assessment.

Pre-Assessment

(Students)

Students must complete a pre-assessment as part of the registration process. This assesses student's math aptitude and solicits personal responses from students. This is to insure that learning CTR is a good fit for that student.
​
​
  • Students have 1 week to submit the pre-assessment for approval in order to guarantee a seat in the desired class.
​
  • Students who have fulfilled the following prerequisites are EXEMPT from the pre-assessment:
    • Submit a course transcript that proves math competency (Algebra I or higher).
    • Those enrolling in Physics after passing Chemistry with a B or higher.
    • Those enrolling in Chemistry after passing Physics with a B or higher.

Once the Enrollment Agreement (Parents) and the Pre-Assessment have been approved by Learning CTR Online, the Registration Fee must be submitted within one week to gain a seat in a particular class.

Full tuition is due according to the Tuition and Fees tab.

1.  Learning CTR Online is NOT for every student.

 

  • Although learning CTR Online does not discriminate on the basis of gender, age, race, ethnic origin, color, or disability, students who are NOT seriously pursuing their education are asked not to enroll.

  • Learning CTR Online's success is based on nurturing motivated students who take ownership of their own learning. This does NOT mean that Learning CTR Online does not want to work with students who attain lower academic grades or have a learning disability. Any student who desires to learn and puts forth effort to learn is welcome. Learning CTR Online will take the responsibility to teach each student so they grow and progress academically.

  • Students should NOT enroll in Learning CTR Online if they are simply looking for an alternative setting due to disciplinary or poor academic status in another school or program due to lack of self-motivation.

​

  • Parents should not force their child to enroll in learning CTR Online (see previous note).

​

2.  Class Size Minimum

​

  • Learning CTR Online reserves the right to cancel any class (with a full refund including registration fee) if the class size minimum of 2 students is not met. Decisions on class enrollments will be made before July 1st.

  • $100 non-refundable Registration Fee with enrolment - now until July 1st.

  • $100 non-refundable Registration Fee + $25 Late Fee with enrollment after July 1st.

  • Drop the Course deadline (for pro-rated reimbursement) by September 7.

Spring/Easter Break: April 5 – April 13, 2025 ... no classes


2nd Semester classes end: May 9, 2025 (final assignments may be due after this date)


Final Assignment Submissions by May 16, 2025


Full Year 2024-25 grades posted: May 19, 2025

Getting Ready for Class

​

  • Order your textbooks, lab supplies, and other materials. Make sure to order by ISBN, to make sure you get the right editions and versions. The required list can be found in the appropriate Course Info tab.

  • 1-2 weeks before the course begins, preparation instructions for getting to class will be emailed to you. Please make sure to follow the instructions well before your first class.

  • Everything else you need — including assignments, grades, class messages, and more — will be provided, explained, and demonstrated in class after the start of the course.
